Model Number Help

To order the correct parts, we need the model and serial numbers from your engine. Use the guides below to locate them on common engine brands, then call or text them to us at 724-384-8111.

Briggs & Stratton

The numbers are usually stamped into the metal of the engine — most often on the blower housing, valve cover, or near the muffler. Look for three groups: the Model Number, the Engine Type Number, and the Code Number.

Kohler

Kohler engines carry a silver or white identification label, usually on the blower housing or under the recoil shroud. Send us the Model, Spec, and Serial numbers from the label.

Tecumseh

Tecumseh engines need the Model, Spec, and D.O.M. (date of manufacture). The label is typically on top of the engine cover, on the blower housing, or near the recoil.

Robin / Subaru

Robin/Subaru engines come in EX (overhead cam), EH (V-twin), and EA (vertical shaft) series. The label shows a Product Model Number, Product SPEC Number, and Product Serial Number.
